Accessibility statement for WCAGvakt
We sell accessibility testing. Our own website should therefore withstand the same test, and the result should be public - also when it is not perfect.
The website is partially compliant with the Norwegian accessibility regulations for ICT.
The machine and behaviour-based tests find no violations of the 48 criteria. «Partially» because some criteria require human judgement, and we do not call a criterion met until we have assessed it. The assessments are below.
About this statement
How we tested
With our own tool, in every layer we sell:
- Established machine rules (axe-core) and our own rules against the code.
- Behaviour tests in a real browser: keyboard navigation, visible focus, 200 % text size and 320 px screen width.
- Tests across the pages: consistent navigation and identification.
- The judgement-based criteria where they can be measured: identical link names pointing to different targets, text inside images, instructions that only refer to colour - without AI and without sending data anywhere.
The test runs automatically on every single deployment of the website. If it finds a violation on one of our own pages, the deployment stops.
Criteria that require judgement - and our assessment
These cannot be decided by machine. We have gone through them:
Not applicable to this website
- 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.5 audio and video - the website has neither audio nor video content.
- 2.3.1 flashing content - there is none. An opening animation was removed because it made text unreadable while it played.
- 2.1.4 single-character shortcuts - we have none.
- 2.5.1, 2.5.4 pointer gestures and motion actuation - no function requires swiping, pinching or moving the device.
- 1.4.5 images of text - all text is real text. The illustrations are SVGs marked as decorative, with their content written out in the adjacent text.
Assessed as met
- 2.4.5 multiple ways - main menu and site map.
- 3.3.1, 3.3.2, 3.3.3 form errors - error messages appear in the form, in a field announced by screen readers, saying what is wrong and how to fix it. Required fields are marked.
- 3.2.1, 3.2.2 no change of context on focus or input.
- 2.2.1 no time limits apart from ordinary sign-out from the customer portal.
- 3.1.2 the website is in Norwegian; individual words such as «WCAG» are proper nouns.
For review at the next assessment
- 3.3.4 error prevention - the order form creates no payment obligation; we get in touch before anything is activated. We are nevertheless considering adding a confirmation step.
Content that is not accessible
We know of no part of the website that fails the requirements today. If you find something, we would very much like to know - see below.
Disproportionate burden
We claim no exemptions.
Content outside the scope of the regulations
Not applicable. The website has no third-party content outside our control.

Complaints
If you do not get a satisfactory answer from us, you can complain to Diskrimineringsnemnda, the Norwegian tribunal that handles complaints about failures to meet ICT accessibility requirements. Digitaliseringsdirektoratet - the Norwegian Authority for Universal Design of ICT is the supervisory authority and enforces the regulations, but does not handle individual complaints.
